I'm a hard and fast Daintree origin girl, but I think this one might be my second favourite! It's similar to the Mexican variety, but is lighter and not as 'chocolatey'. Love it for an early morning energy boost!
I wasn’t sure which cacao I would like best so the sample pack was a great option. By tasting them all, I learnt just how different they all taste. My favourite is the Peruvian cacao.
I have tried the Karkar Island, Daintree and Peruvian origins from Soma and for me the Peruvian is by far the best. Rich, smooth, chocolatey and absolutely delicious. Far more full-bodied, dark and flavoursome than the Daintree origin, and just that little bit smoother and less 'bitey' and intense than the Karkar Island cacao. For me this origin is the absolute best cacao I've ever had. Thank you Soma!!
After I was gifted some Soma cacao for Christmas, I went and ordered the Daintree flavor and I am hooked! Helps immensely with energy and mood, very happy!

The Karkar Island Ceremonial Cacao is such a rich deep chocolatey blend. Every time I open the bag the smell is intoxicating. I reached out to the team before purchasing to enquire which blend was the most chocolate in flavour and was responded to the same day which I thought was great customer service. I love adding a pinch of celtic salt to my blend. Will definitely be buying again just in a bigger quantity,
I have ordered 1kg of of the Daintree Ceremonial Cacao every few months now for nearly a year. It is always excellent quality and very good value. Its wonderful that we can produce such a great product locally here in FNQ
I've fallen in love with Soma Cacao. I love the difference in all the variations. This is my second bag of Solomon Islands and it's unique flavor hit me straight away with the first cup. I look forward to my daily cup of this beautiful product.
This portable blender was a game changer for my morning cacao, I also use it for my matcha tea, its the best, love how frothy my drinks are.
A family member recommended this product to me to try, and I really enjoyed it with a bit of Oatmilk. No added sugar like one gets with regular Cocoa drinks- just the pure flavour of the Cacao which was smooth and distinctive. very nice!

Very impressed with my starter pack purchased. It feels like a nice guilt free nightie treat. I can taste the quality in the product. While I don't taste any difference between the blends or the caffeine effect it is very enjoyable to drink and haven't found the need to add any sweetener. The creamy consistency is easily achievable if the directions are followed. I use a small electric hand wizz which works perfect. I will be re purchasing.

This is my third purchase from Soma Cacao and I love all the different styles. I find this one to be rich, smooth and velvety. Feels incredibly indulgent but in fact it's full of health boosting goodies! It's my go to when I feel like I need a bit of tlc and its part of my self care ritual. Impossible to drink any other type of hot chocolate or cacao now... I'm hooked.
