Blue Lotus serves as a “nervine”, or natural sedative. Containing naturally occurring nuciferan (a natural anti-spasmodic) and aphorphine, which is responsible for the feelings of calmness, the Blue Lotus is a natural anti-anxiety and stress-reliever.
