In my family, every year on Christmas morning, I prepare a batch of Soma Cacao. This tradition allows us to kick off the day with a soothing, heart-opening boost and a few moments of stillness— the perfect setup for the festivities to come.

𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and place on a low heat. 2. Heat the cacao so it’s hot but not boiling, whisking every now and again. 3. Transfer it all to a high speed heat proof blender, or use a handheld immersion blender, and blend until smooth and creamy - about 30-40 seconds. 4. Pour into your favourite mug, sprinkle some extra cacao on top and optional rose petals.
