A super quick, summery recipe! We know some of you don't like to have warm drinks on hot days so this is a great alternative to get your daily cacao kick without the heat...
๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ 1/4 cup very hot (but not boiling) water ๐ 2 tablespoons Soma Cacao ๐ 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter ๐ 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar) - optional ๐ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ๐ 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon ๐ pinch cayenne pepper ๐ 1 medium banana (cut into chunks) ๐ 1/2 cup oat milk (or other plant milk) ๐ handful of ice cubes
๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ 1. Blend hot water, cacao, nut butter, banana, honey, vanilla extract and spices in a Nutribullet or equivalent high speed blender. This will melt the cacao back down into a paste making it easier to blend with the cold milk. 2. Add banana, milk and ice, blend again until frothy! Optional: sprinkle cacao ontop. Add extra milk if you'd prefer it a little less thick.
