This DELICIOUS and super simple "pudding" is chock-full of alllll the good stuff: complex carbohydrates (banana, flax seed), good fats (avocado, cacao, flax seed), protein (flax seed), prebiotics (banana), B vitamins (avocado, banana, cacao, flaxseed) and calcium, magnesium and iron (cacao).
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: (Serves 4-6). 🍌1/4 cup fresh blueberries + extra for garnish 🍌1 Tbsp cinnamon 🍌1 ripe avocado 🍌2 ripe bananas 🍌4 Tbsp Soma Cacao 🍌2 tsp pure vanilla extract 🍌1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional) 🍌1 Tbsp ground flax seed 🍌Pinch of sea salt, to taste (optional) 🍌 Coconut flakes for garnish (optional - can also garnish with blueberries, slivered almonds, raspberries... whatever you like!)
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱: Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender or nutribullet. Chill and serve - garnishing as you like. This will last in the fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.
